Community Use at Randolph

The old gym and weight room facilities in Randolph will be available for community use on Monday and Wednesday evenings between 6:00 and 9:00 p.m. by reservation only. Unless scheduled otherwise open gym will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The lunchroom and auditorium can be scheduled on an as needed basis by contacting Mrs. Hoffman; provided the facility supervisor can be available. If you wish to reserve the facility, please contact Tammy Hoffman at 435-793-2365 x 104 or Robin Acree at 435-793-2255. A school employee will be present to supervise and secure the building. If no reservations have been made, the building will not be open. Should multiple groups want the building on the same night, time slots may be adjusted to allow equitable access for the interested parties. We encourage all groups to schedule in advance. This will allow the facility supervisor to schedule his/her time to accommodate groups. We also encourage all groups to use the facility responsibly.
